This past weekend, my handsome husband and I shot a beautiful outdoor wedding!

The weather was a delightful 70* ...who knew we would get so lucky this deep into August!?

Beth's mom did a crazy beautiful job with all the wonderful decorations....

you can tell she had prepared for this day since Beth was born :)

   

Mike is beyond PERFECT for Beth...

Words just can not describe how much love there is here.

You can see it in his eyes, the way he looks at her...and touches her gently.

One of my favorite shots of the day! (above) There was no doubt Beth's dad watched from Heaven to see his baby girl get married to her guy!

Again...some of mother of the bride talent lurking all around the yard!

It seems like forever since I have posted anything at all! To tell you the truth, I have been extremely busy and I haven't had any extra time to post :( Between shooting, editing and delivering to my clients...then trying to throw in some family time and SLEEP :) ...well, something had to give and unfortunately it was the blog....

Here is a little sneak peak from my recent session with Katie...isn't she just beautiful?!  I mean seriously! How an the camera not love her? Katie was a complete natural!

The Winter Special I had went thru the roof...I didn't have enough days to photograph everyone that contacted me who wanted a session sadly :( . After more inquires and some special request.... I decided to do one more special before my busy summer schedule begins! So here is the scoop: $165 Portrait session at your favorite park or urban area! Package includes digital images for up to 20 images from your 30 min session sent to you via email, with a copyright release to print 8x10 and smaller for your own personal use. All prints orderd through me 11x14 and larger are 50% off if ordered within the first 7 days of receiving your images online. They will be 25% off thereafter. Nana, Papa & the boys!

I absolutely love the colors in this one alley way downtown...
Recently I had a family special that I ran,
which kept me way busier than I had ever expected!

He def keeps me on my toes, and I wouldn't have it any other way...

It was so windy during our session and he def kept everyones spirits up with his little antics ;)

Another beautiful family shot in Indiana!

We have had a time trying to schedule this wonderful session together...

I had sick kiddos, then she had sick kiddos...and FINALLY 

she was able to get one of the most beautiful days we have had this far in Indiana!

No need for coats today, 

in fact after this session I ran home and slipped out of my shoes and into my flip flops :)

Little N loves baby K so very much...he is so adorable with his sister...

Jessica is such a wonderful mom ...N obv gets his lovey dovey from her...she is absolutely in LOVE with her kids and family!

I have so many smiles inside from working with these two today,

Josh just kills me!

He was def giving Jessica a little run for her money with images today :)

It wouldn't be a normal shooting day without that for me!

That little man loves his family so much...

he couldn't figure out who he wanted to be closest to the entire shoot :)

What a blessing they have in him!

Dads are just so wonderful in so many ways!  They always know how to have fun.

This one is for Josh..his idea and he told Jessica just how to do it!  

The best is when she asked "do you really want me to actually throw her up in the air?"

What a darling family!

(p.s. I just may have to hire him as my assistant to help other dads!)

I recently had the pleasure to work with this lovely lady & her handsome pup!

I believe Brody was turning 2...

so we headed downtown Valparaiso to get some shots of this fella...

He did quite well during his modeling debut :)
